Working closely with the Market Room Data Applications group, market room business users and management, SCI provided much needed support with an in-depth process. SCI work includes; root cause analysis for application problems and problem resolution, production support of business applications, component development, testing, debugging, integrating components, and diagnostics of existing technologies. Also, using J2EE technologies SCI created database routines, design database schema, automated various business processes.
