SCI is currently seeking experienced quality assurance consultants to support our federal clients. The role requires a combination of proven analytical capabilities, strong technical expertise, as well as direct Java/J2EE developer experience with an established federal government. 

Key Responsibilites

• Assist teams in navigating the Agile SELC Lifecycle in the role of an Agile Coach / Scrum Master / Project Manager / IV&V Analyst to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Facilitate gate review sessions with Federal and Contractor stakeholders comprising of Branch and Division Chiefs, Developers, Testers, Engineers and Security Personnel.

• Assist development teams and their counterparts in defining project scope, budget, resources and capabilities.

• Assist development teams in creation of Release plan documentation for the applicable Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodology.

• Perform documentation assessment to ensure compliance with federal government guidelines of user stories, system specifications, product backlogs, system design, interface applications, interface control and system test documentation.

• Coach Agile teams in their daily processes to ensure efficiency and transparency in Daily Stand Ups, Retrospectives, Demos and Planning Sessions.

• Ensure all materials are maintained in the Code Repository, Information Technology Document Library and SharePoint with proper Configuration Management controls.

• Lead daily Scrum meetings, prepare status reports and provide coaching for development Sprint
